Nah, it’s a color pun. Chroma being a term for colorfulness, in this case. Violetta from ‘violet, the King’s middle name is ‘Indigos’ from indigo, and then there’s the Queen, Tina Rosa Chroma, ‘rosa’ in this case referring to red/pink.
